Suitable from 14 weeks postpartum

If your baby is more than 14 weeks old, and you’re looking for more of a challenge, this class will suit you. We practice a combination of hatha yoga, focusing on individual yoga poses and also some flow sequences with a weekly inclusion of adapted Sun Salutations.

Suitable from 14 weeks postpartum, up to many years afterwards. The journey to feeling fully recovered and maybe even fitter than before you had your baby can take many years. This class is suitable for you, If you’re feeling well-recovered from the birth and looking for more of a challenge with focus on strengthening your body and being able to relax more deeply.

This is a 1 hour class but you can also stay afterwards to chat with Paula and get to know the other mums.
