Early Postnatal Yoga

Suitable from 6 weeks postpartum

The face to face classes are held in Paula’s beautiful home close to the centre of Moseley. This class is 2 hours including refreshments and time to chat and see to all your baby’s needs at the beginning and the end of the class. With specific focus on strengthening core muscles safely, this gentle yoga class will help at the start of your recovery.

The online classes, available to access from home, are 1 hour of safe and gentle yoga/relaxation, with time afterwards to chat to the other mums.

 Advanced Postnatal Yoga

Suitable from 14 weeks postpartum

If your baby is more than 14 weeks old but not mobile yet, and you’re looking for more of a challenge, this class will suit you. We practice a combination of hatha yoga, focusing on individual yoga poses and also some flow sequences with a weekly inclusion of adapted Sun Salutations.

If your baby is already mobile the online Zoom class would be for you.

Suitable from 14 weeks postpartum, up to many years afterwards. The journey to feeling fully recovered and maybe even fitter than before you had your baby can take many years. This class is suitable for you, If you’re feeling well-recovered from the birth and looking for more of a challenge with focus on strengthening your body and being able to relax more deeply.

This is a 1 hour class but you can also stay afterwards to chat with Paula and get to know the other mums.
